Cut the cooled butter into smaller cubes and knead them with your hands to the ingredients to form a crumble base. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Sprinkle grated apples with flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon, lemon zest and pine nuts. Stir everything slightly with a spoon (or by hand). Grease the baking tray of 32x20cm with butter. Spread the grated apples evenly over it and sprinkle with the crumble base. Place the baking tray in a preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes until the surface turns golden brown.
